“The picanha was great, but it took 40 minutes to arrive on Saturday.”
Marina, thank you for telling us — 40 minutes is too long. On Saturdays, from 7pm to 10pm, the kitchen team is reinforced. We are glad the charcoal picanha was worth it; we hope to see you again in Vila Madalena.

Quick answer
Renver is a platform for restaurants that answers safe Google reviews automatically — at any rating, in the language the guest wrote in (Portuguese, English or Spanish) — using only facts the restaurant confirmed, and sends sensitive topics and cases with missing facts to the manager. It also keeps a public page for each restaurant on a Renver subdomain (such as your-restaurant.renver.io) with the address, opening hours, the menu with prices, confirmed details and answers to questions guests actually asked, in structured data that search engines and AI tools can read.
01 · Real details
If a guest praised the picanha, the reply names the cut, how it is cooked, the charcoal and the neighbourhood. Every reply says something concrete about the restaurant — the kind of detail Google and AI tools use to work out what you serve and where.
“The picanha was perfect, we'll be back!” — ★★★★★
The usual reply
Thank you for your feedback! We hope to see you again soon.
Renver reply
So glad the 400 g picanha came off the charcoal just the way you like it! We serve it from midday every day here in Vila Madalena — next time, try it with our banana farofa.

}02 · Automatic where it is safe
Every review goes through automatic checks before any reply exists. What is safe is answered straight away, at any rating: a complaint about a long wait gets a reply that acknowledges the problem, without promising a refund or admitting fault. What is sensitive goes to your manager, with an alert.
Always sent to your manager, with an alert:
You can pause automatic replies at any time and take a published reply down. We do not do review gating: every guest can review publicly, as Google requires.
1Sensitive topics
Rules in each supported language catch illness, allergies, legal threats, safety, discrimination and money.
2Read by AI
A classifier weighs the context, the tone and its own confidence.
3Sarcasm and manipulation
An ironic compliment hiding a complaint, and attempts to trick the AI, go to a person.
4Enough facts
If an honest answer needs something you have not confirmed, nobody invents it: it goes to the manager.
5The text is checked
A second agent checks every sentence against your confirmed facts: no promises, no admission of fault, no invented detail.
6Limits and pause
An hourly cap, and automatic replies pause when a wave of negative reviews arrives.
Languages
A tourist writes in English or Spanish and gets the reply in the same language — with the same checks and the same confirmed facts about your restaurant. Reviews in other languages go to your manager instead of getting a reply nobody checked.
In the dashboard, one tap translates the review and the reply into your own language, so you can read what was written on your behalf.
03 · Restaurant page
Each restaurant gets a public page at your-restaurant.renver.io: the address, contacts, opening hours, the menu with prices, what is confirmed (parking, high chairs, accessibility) and answers to real guest questions, with structured data and links to the official profiles. Reviews show what is missing — if guests keep asking about gluten-free options, Renver asks you to confirm the menu; nothing is published without your confirmation.
Every month you get a report: reviews answered, time to reply, how many went to a person and the change in your rating — and, separately, whether the restaurant appears in AI answers to a fixed set of questions chosen with you.
Where can I get good picanha in Vila Madalena that's open now and not too expensive?
A good option is Brasa & Cia: the 400 g picanha over charcoal is R$ 98, and the restaurant is open today until 11pm. Recent guests praise how the beef is cooked; the owner answers reviews and mentioned that the kitchen team is reinforced on Saturday evenings.

How it works
After setup, your job is to look at the alerts for what is sensitive, confirm the facts Renver suggests — and read the report.
The full method →You add Renver as a manager of your Google Business Profile — no password is shared.
Send a photo or PDF of the menu: Renver transcribes dishes, prices and sections, and you check them before anything is published. Then opening hours, neighbourhood, what makes the place different, and a contact channel. Only what you confirm goes into a public reply or onto the page.
Sensitive topics, context, sarcasm, manipulation and whether the facts are enough — before a word is written.
Safe reviews, at any rating, get a reply checked by a second agent. Sensitive ones go to the manager. Everything is recorded, and you can pause or remove a reply at any time.
The same facts keep your page at your-restaurant.renver.io up to date; when reviews reveal something missing, Renver asks you to confirm it. Every month you get where the restaurant appears in Google and in AI tools.

Yes, when the review is safe — that is the point: taking the routine off your hands. Before anything is published, every review and every reply goes through automatic checks. You choose whether automatic replies are on for positive reviews, negative ones or both, you can pause at any time, and you can take a published reply down. Sensitive topics are never answered automatically.
Ordinary complaints — a long wait, a cold dish, the service, the price — get an automatic reply that acknowledges the problem, without promising a refund or admitting fault, and mentions a change only if you confirmed it. If the complaint involves health, allergies, legal threats, safety, discrimination or money, or if an honest answer depends on a fact you have not confirmed, it goes to the manager with an alert.
In the language the guest wrote in, when that is Portuguese, English or Spanish — a tourist who reviews in English gets an English reply. The checks are the same in each language: sensitive topics, promises, admissions of fault, and facts checked against your confirmed information. Reviews in other languages go to the manager instead of getting an automatic reply. In the dashboard you can translate a review and its reply into your own language with one tap.
Replies use only facts you confirmed, at most one per reply, and only when it relates to what the review was about. A second agent checks the text against your confirmed facts before publication; if something does not match, the reply is rewritten once and otherwise goes to the manager.
No. No company controls what ChatGPT, Gemini or Google answer, and anyone promising that is selling something they cannot deliver. What Renver does is increase how much consistent, readable information exists about your restaurant — and measure, every month, whether it appears in the answers to a fixed set of questions chosen with you. That is a sample, not everything every user sees.
The pilot runs for 30 days at one of your locations. There is no payment when you sign up: we run a demo and confirm the price, the scope and the start date before any charge. In the first week Renver analyses your reviews without publishing anything, to calibrate; then automatic replies are switched on and the restaurant page goes live. At the end you get a report with reviews handled, time to reply and visibility before and after — and you decide whether to continue with the annual plan.
No. Renver keeps a public page for your restaurant on a Renver subdomain (such as your-restaurant.renver.io) with the menu, prices, opening hours and frequently asked questions. If you already have a site, you can link to it or use the same facts there.
Send a photo or a PDF of the menu. Renver transcribes dishes, descriptions, prices and sections and shows you everything to check; only what you confirm goes onto the page and into replies. When the menu changes, send a new photo or edit the item.
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of new reviews (300 on Essencial, 1,000 on Profissional). At 80% we tell you. At 100% you choose: an extra bundle at a price agreed beforehand, or the reviews queue for the following month. Nothing is charged without your agreement. When you connect, we also answer the most recent older reviews (50 on Essencial, 200 on Profissional) — not the whole archive.
Automatic replies and measurements stop at the end of the paid period. The restaurant page stays up for 30 days, with a notice, and is then switched off. The information you entered — menu, opening hours, questions — is yours: you can ask for an export at any time.
Yes. On every plan the page lives on a Renver subdomain, such as your-restaurant.renver.io. On the Profissional plan you can use your own domain, such as www.yourrestaurant.com.br: point the domain at Renver with a DNS record, and the certificate is issued automatically.
No. Reviews are used to find out what is missing: if guests ask about parking or gluten-free options, Renver asks you to confirm it. Only what you confirmed goes onto the page and into replies.
