Prices are in Brazilian reais and charged for twelve months. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of new reviews (300 on Essencial, 1,000 on Profissional); at 80% we tell you, and at 100% you choose an extra bundle at a price agreed beforehand or a queue for the next month. Nothing is charged without your agreement, and sensitive reviews always go to the manager, inside the allowance or outside it.

Frequently asked questions

Does Renver publish replies without my approval?

Yes, when the review is safe — that is the point: taking the routine off your hands. Before anything is published, every review and every reply goes through automatic checks. You choose whether automatic replies are on for positive reviews, negative ones or both, you can pause at any time, and you can take a published reply down. Sensitive topics are never answered automatically.

How does the pilot programme work?

The pilot runs for 30 days at one of your locations. There is no payment when you sign up: we run a demo and confirm the price, the scope and the start date before any charge. In the first week Renver analyses your reviews without publishing anything, to calibrate; then automatic replies are switched on and the restaurant page goes live. At the end you get a report with reviews handled, time to reply and visibility before and after — and you decide whether to continue with the annual plan.

What if my restaurant gets more reviews than the limit?

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of new reviews (300 on Essencial, 1,000 on Profissional). At 80% we tell you. At 100% you choose: an extra bundle at a price agreed beforehand, or the reviews queue for the following month. Nothing is charged without your agreement. When you connect, we also answer the most recent older reviews (50 on Essencial, 200 on Profissional) — not the whole archive.

What happens if I cancel?

Automatic replies and measurements stop at the end of the paid period. The restaurant page stays up for 30 days, with a notice, and is then switched off. The information you entered — menu, opening hours, questions — is yours: you can ask for an export at any time.
