Terms of the pilot and the plans

This is a courtesy translation. The agreement is governed by Brazilian law and written in Portuguese; if the two differ, the Portuguese version prevails.

1. Pilot programme

The pilot lasts 30 days at one location of the restaurant, with the limits of the Essencial plan. Signing up does not create a charge: the price, the scope and the start date are confirmed in writing before any payment. In the first week Renver analyses the reviews without publishing anything; after that the automatic replies are switched on.

2. Annual plans

Offered at the end of the pilot, per location, paid through Mercado Pago (Pix, boleto or card in up to 12 instalments, with any instalment interest set by Mercado Pago). The 12 months count from the moment access is released. The founder discount applies to the first year; the renewal price is notified at least 30 days in advance.

3. Monthly allowances

Essencial: up to 300 new reviews answered per month, 50 older reviews when connecting and 20 rewrites requested by the customer. Profissional: 1,000, 200 and 60, respectively. When 80% of an allowance is reached we tell you; at 100% the customer chooses between an extra bundle at a price agreed beforehand or a queue for the next month. Nothing is charged without agreement. Renver’s own internal attempts do not count towards the allowances.

4. Automatic replies

Safe reviews, at any rating, are answered automatically after automatic checks. Reviews with sensitive topics, without enough confirmed information, or where the checks are in doubt go to the manager named by the customer. The customer can pause the automatic replies and take a published reply down at any time. Replies use only information the customer confirmed.

5. Restaurant page

The page lives on a Renver subdomain or, on the Profissional plan, on a domain of the customer’s. Only information the customer confirmed goes on it. The content entered by the customer — menu, opening hours, answers — belongs to the customer and can be exported at any time.

6. Cancellation

When access ends, the automatic replies and the measurements stop. The page stays online for 30 days, with a notice, and is then switched off. Under article 49 of Brazil’s Consumer Defence Code, it is possible to withdraw within 7 days of the purchase, with a full refund through the same payment method.

7. What we do not guarantee

No company controls the answers of search engines or AI assistants. Renver does not guarantee a position on Google or a mention in ChatGPT, Gemini or other systems. The monthly measurement covers a fixed set of questions chosen with the customer; it is a sample, not everything each user sees.
